CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
Medium sized shrub with distinct erect thick branches, topped by long gren leaves. In Japan the bark traditionally provides high quality paper. Clusters of fragrant white/yellow flowers winter into spring appear before the leaves. Frost hardy, prefers a sheltered site, avoid dry soil.
