Cussonia paniculata
Handsome evergreen small tree. Compact rounded branched crown on a stocky thick trunk. The large bluish-green irregularly lobed leaves of this small tree are spirally aranged in terminal rosettes. Clusters of cream flowers are arranged almost cob-like on short branched stems. Protect from frost when young. A very distinctive feature in the garden. Needs well drained soil, not too dry, plant in sun or semi-shade.
