Clematis x cartmanii

CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
Vigorous evergreen climber with bold, leathery, strap-like leaves. Spectacular mass of sweetly scented cream-white flowers in early spring completely covers the plant. They flower on last season's growth, so prune only the dead and weak stems out in late winter. To control the size prune well after flowering. Wonderful for covering a large area.
