CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
Medium, rounded, deciduous tree with dense, upright branching. Pink tinted variegated leaves emerge in the spring turning brownish olive green with irregular pink or cream margins. Gorgeous red flowers bloom in pendant racemes in spring before the leaves emerge. Flowers give way to winged samaras. Excellent scarlet Autumn colour. Hardy to cold, though needs a sheltered site with good soil to reach it's full potential.
