CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
Deciduous cormous perennial with erect, narrow sword-shaped leaves and branched spikes of showy, upward-facing, brilliant orange-red funnel-shaped flowers in mid summer. Grow in medium moisture, moderately fertile, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade. Prefers full sun, but appreciates part shade in hot summer climates.
