Clumping perennial. Compact form of Goldenrod with an upright growth habit and golden-yellow flower plumes for a long season. Tolerates average to poor soils and dry or wet sites in sun to partial shade. Attractive to butterflies. Remove spent flower heads to prevent seeding. Deciduous, hardy.
