CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
Clump-forming, low-growing perennial with mounds of irregularly lobed, medium green leaves Single, cup-shaped, bright orange flowers on wiry, branching stems rising above the foliage. Long, late spring to early summer flowering. Attractive, fluffy seed heads. Grow in medium moisture, well-drained soils in full sun to part shade. Remove spent flowers to encourage flowering. Sunny site, however some afternoon shade is best in hot climates. Avoid wet, poorly drained soils in winter.
