CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
Elegant deciduous shrub with smooth, reddish young shoots. The long dull green leaves turn gold and scarlet in autumn. In spring it produces clusters of bell-like pale creamish pink flowers. Prefers a cooler climate and good soil. Sun or semi-shade, if the summer s are hot then plant in the shade. Hardy.
