Clematis montana var rubens 'Tetra Rose'
Spectacular deciduous climber. New foliage emerges dark bronze as flowers open. Rich pink flowers abundantly in spring. Great for climbing through trees or covering ugly structures. Very pretty. They flower on old season's growth, but are so vigorous you can prune in winter or after flowering. Best results from good pruning, top in full sun, and with the roots planted in the shade.
