CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
Compact bushy shrub with burgundy leaves. This shrub grows into a rounded shape. Clusters of large single wine red flowers with a satin sheen from late winter to mid spring, with a few in autumn. Grows best in lime-free good soil that does not get too dry. Prefers semi-shade. Hardy.
