CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
A large clump-forming perennial with strap-like, strong broad bright green leaves. On spikes it has umbels of white flowerheads in summer, the stems may grow up to 1.2 mt tall. Grows in many soil types, but they must be well-drained. Flowers best in a sunny site, avoid heavy frost. God plant for difficult steep baks, edging drives or the back of a border. Bred by Jack Hobbs, Aucland Botanical Gardens.
