Wisteria hybrid 'Caroline'
A most vigorous and beautiful climber. This plant flowers in early spring as the pale bronze leaves emerge. Leaves turn a dark green then give a good gold Autumn colour. The flower racemes are 20 cm long, densely packed with white and purple flowers with a yellow blotch. Flowers have a faint scent. Very hardy. Prune after flowering and in the winter if necessary. Good for pergola, and walls.
