Hardy, evergreen perennial restio. An elegant plant with unusual bright green, finely divided feathery stems. Will grow in part shade to full sun. Good cut flower (foliage). Frost tolerant. It is an excellent feature plant. Looks fabulous in a windy open site. Best with moist good well drained soil. Hardy.
