Pittosporum ralphii.
Large NZ evergreen shrub with greyish-green wavy leaves, new growth covered in whitish fuzz. Bunches of dark red flowers, followed by fruit that splits into three to show the black sticky seeds. Occurs naturally in the eastern North Island to Wanganui. Excellent for coastal sites, avoid heavy frost.
