Parsonsia heterophylla
Interesting native climber. The slender stems and glossy green leaves are most attractive hanging from trees. Clusters of scented creamy-yellow flowers spring until autumn. Best with roots planted in shade, where the plant can seek out sunshine higher up. Occurs naturally throughout New zealand in lowland and lower montane forests. Sealevel to 900 mt. Hardy.
