Yucca filamentosa
Rostte of stiff sword-shaped glaucous leaves with curly white threads twisting from the leaf margins. Tall stems up to 4 metres high of large clusters of pendulous white flowers in summer. Best in an open situation with plenty of sunlight. Needs well drained soil, and avoid cold frosty sites.
