Viburnum opulus 'Sterile'


Hardy traditional shrub which develops a thicket of stems. The 3-lobed leaves are dark green, and develop lovely autumn colours. Very showy round balls of white flowers, which emerge apple-green, smother the shrub in late spring. Very hardy, grows in most sites. Flowers best in a sunny site. Tolerates wet soils.
