Pittosporum tenuifolium. 'Silver Sheen'
Erect bushy tree. The dainty shimmering leaves are silvery green carried on slender ebony black stems. Great as a feature or a hedge. Very dark maroon, almost black flowers in spring. Hardy to most soil conditions, avoid wet ground. Will always look its best in good soil. Frost and wind hardy. Best to trim annually to maintain shape and encourage fresh new foliage.
