A narrow erect shrub with round lustrous, undulating black-green leaves. Spikes of cream flowers in spring. Very attractive foliage shrub. Excellent as a hedge plant, or for a formal garden. Hardy to frost, avoid very dry sites. Sun or semi-shade.
