CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
Wonderful small tree for late summer colour. Red buds open to magenta flowers making a spectacular show. The attractive dark burgundy foliage turns a rich green. The leaves turn red and orange in Autumn. Prefers a sunny warm site. The trunk develops interesting bark as bush matures. Deciduous. Hardy in areas with warm sunny summers.
