Ornamental flowering tree with a slender erect habit. It has leathery dark green leaves. Through the summer and autumn there are masses of fragrant cream flowers. Prefers a well mulched soil with roots protected from the hot sun. Grows in sun or shade, with shelter from the wind. Avoid dry sites. Hardy.
