Divaricating evergreen shrub with dense, thorny branches and small, dark green leaves and white flowers that are sweetly fragrant. It provides a unique texture and natural thicket in the garden. Common in dry shrublands of the eastern South Island. Perfect for dry, coastal, and low-maintenance gardens, Ideal for creating natural hedges or defensive borders.
